On Your Marks...

All right ladies.  Its time to start stretching, taking your vitamins and drinking more water.  We've got to start prepping for our New Years Resolutions.  Now I'm not trying to rush you through Christmas, I just wanted to give you fair warning! 



  1. I forgot my vitamins at your house! Merry Christmas to you!

  2. have been ramping up my vitamin intake the past 2 weeks and its made a huge difference. i'm feeling less groggy. :) thanks for the reminder. and the leg warmers.....::channeling my inner olivia newton john::...."let's get physical, physical! wanna get physical!"
